Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is between 12 to 15 business days from the time it ships, depending on your location. All shipments are made from our warehouses, and the delivery window reflects the time it may take for your package to reach you based on your shipping address.

Please be aware that delivery times are estimates and that unexpected delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including weather, holidays, or shipping carrier delays. We will keep you informed about any such delays through the tracking information provided.

Shipping Costs

BrandName offers free standard shipping on all orders, regardless of cart value. This policy automatically applied at checkout—no minimum purchase or discount code required. 

Shipping Carriers

We use the most reliable and trusted shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery:

  • USPS

The carrier selected will depend on factors such as delivery location, package size, and weight. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s status.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking details. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order through the respective carrier’s tracking system. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Shipping Areas

Currently, we ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside of the U.S. and wish to place an order, we recommend using a freight forwarding service, but please be aware that shipping times and costs may vary.

Shipping Restrictions

While we strive to ship to as many locations as possible, certain restrictions may apply. We do not ship to PO Boxes, military addresses, or locations with restricted access. Additionally, shipping to remote or rural areas may result in longer delivery times or higher shipping fees.

Sales Tax

To maintain full transparency, please note that our prices are listed exclusive of applicable sales taxes. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and current U.S. tax laws.

Although some shipments may be international, we do not charge additional duties or import fees. Any such charges that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Problems: Damaged or Lost Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping your items, but occasionally, problems can occur during transit. If your item is damaged or lost in transit, please follow the steps below:

  • Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@BrandName.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
  • Lost Items: If your item has not arrived within the estimated delivery time and is marked as “delivered” in the tracking system but you have not received it, please contact us. We will help you file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.

Please keep in mind that damaged or lost items must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date for us to investigate and resolve the issue.

Handling Charges

Handling charges are completely waived for all orders placed through BrandName. We believe in transparent pricing, which means there are no additional fees for packing, labor, or order preparation. Our goal is to provide a seamless shopping experience where the price you see is the price you pay — with both shipping and handling included at no extra cost.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order, our Refund and Returns Policy applies:

  • Returns: We accept returns within 60 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or product, please follow the same return process. Once your return is processed, we will issue a new order with your requested exchange item.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective. If your return qualifies for free return shipping, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
