Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process your orders, ship your products, and handle any issues related to delivery.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders placed on Virdena.com are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays.

To offer a wider selection of gardening tools while maintaining competitive pricing, Virdena works with trusted third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners.

Orders are fulfilled from partner warehouses located internationally, and shipped directly to customers within the United States.

Shipping Locations

Our products are shipped from international partner warehouses, depending on product availability and logistics efficiency.

Although fulfillment may occur internationally, we currently only deliver to customers within the United States.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is between 12 to 15 business days from the time it ships, depending on your location.

Total estimated delivery time (processing + shipping): 14–19 business days

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • High demand periods

We always provide tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. This policy is automatically applied at checkout—no minimum purchase or discount code required. 

Shipping Carriers

We work with a network of trusted international and domestic shipping partners to ensure reliable delivery.

The final carrier may vary depending on the shipping route and destination. Once your order reaches the United States, it is typically handled by local carriers such as USPS or other delivery providers.

Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple packages. This happens when items are shipped from different warehouses to ensure faster delivery.

You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment when applicable.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking details. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order through the respective carrier’s tracking system or on our Track Your Order Page.

Tracking updates may take additional time to appear while the package is in transit between international and domestic carriers.

Shipping Areas

Currently, we ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside of the U.S. and wish to place an order, we recommend using a freight forwarding service, but please be aware that shipping times and costs may vary.

Shipping Restrictions

While we strive to ship to as many locations as possible, certain restrictions may apply. We do not ship to PO Boxes, military addresses, or locations with restricted access. Additionally, shipping to remote or rural areas may result in longer delivery times or higher shipping fees.

Sales Tax

To maintain full transparency, please note that our prices are listed exclusive of applicable sales taxes. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and current U.S. tax laws.

Delivery Problems: Damaged or Lost Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping your items, but occasionally, problems can occur during transit. If your item is damaged or lost in transit, please follow the steps below:

  • Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@virdena.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
  • Lost Items: If your item has not arrived within the estimated delivery time and is marked as “delivered” in the tracking system but you have not received it, please contact us. We will help you file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.

Please keep in mind that damaged or lost items must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date for us to investigate and resolve the issue.

Return instructions, including the appropriate return address, will be provided by our support team after your return request is approved.

Handling Charges

Handling charges are completely waived for all orders placed through Virdena. We believe in transparent pricing, which means there are no additional fees for packing, labor, or order preparation.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order, our Refund and Returns Policy applies:

  • Returns: We accept returns within 90 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or product, please follow the same return process. Once your return is processed, we will issue a new order with your requested exchange item.
  • Return Shipping Fees: We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost for eligible returns. To receive a return label, customers must contact our support team at contact@virdena.com and follow the return instructions provided. Returns must meet the eligibility conditions outlined in this policy.
