If you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@virdena.com. We can only modify the address before the item is shipped. After your order is processed, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing your order at contact@virdena.com. If the item has not yet been shipped, we can cancel the order and issue a refund. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment account within 10 business days.
