Yes! At Virdena, we proudly offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required. Wherever you are, your gardening tools will be delivered to your door at no extra cost.

Currently, we ship only within the United States.

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Shipping Time: Delivery usually takes 12 to 15 business days after shipping, depending on your location.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Our products are sourced from trusted manufacturers around the world, carefully selected based on quality, durability, and value. Regardless of where a product is made, every item in our store goes through a curation process to make sure it meets the standards we'd expect as gardeners ourselves. We never compromise on quality — if it doesn't hold up, it doesn't make the cut.

Order Tracking and Incomplete Orders

Your order shipment will trigger an email notification containing your tracking information. The tracking system usually activates within 24 hours of shipment. The tracking number allows you to monitor your package delivery status through the carrier's website or by using our Track Your Order page.

If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately. If an item is missing after 20 business days, please contact us for assistance.

Package Delivery

Packages are typically delivered to your mailbox or doorstep. If unavailable, a notice will be left for pickup at your local post office.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@virdena.com. We can only modify your shipping address before your order has shipped.

Returns and Cancellation

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 90 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, and in original condition. For full details, see our Return & Refund Policy.

Orders can only be modified or canceled within a short window after purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@virdena.com. Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

To return an item, email us at contact@virdena.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide a return label and instructions. Please pack items securely to avoid damage.

Returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. For more details, please visit our Return & Refund Policy.

Damaged Orders

  • Damaged items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assist with a replacement or refund.
  • Lost items: If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, contact us to investigate with the carrier.

Payment

We accept all major payment methods through Stripe, our secure payment processor. This includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely — your payment information is never stored on our end.

Absolutely. All payments on Virdena are processed through Stripe, one of the most trusted and secure payment platforms in the world. Every transaction is protected with industry-standard SSL encryption, meaning your card details and personal information are fully secure from the moment you check out. We never see, store, or have access to your payment information — it goes directly through Stripe's secure system. You can shop with complete confidence.

Privacy & Data

We do not sell your personal information. Some data sharing with third-party services for analytics or advertising may be considered a “sale” under privacy laws, but you have the right to opt out. See our Privacy Policy and Do Not Sell My Personal Information page for details.

Taxes

To maintain full transparency, please note that our prices are listed exclusive of applicable sales taxes. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and current U.S. tax laws.

As a New Mexico–registered business, we currently only collect tax on orders shipped to New Mexico.

If your order qualifies for tax-exempt status (e.g., for resellers with valid documentation), please email us at contact@virdena.com prior to purchase for assistance.

Satisfaction

If you’re not satisfied for any reason, let us know within 90 days of delivery. We offer returns, exchanges, or refunds if the product does not meet expectations. For damaged or defective items, we cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.
